It is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time and page requested) for security.

Businesses we contact

We contact local businesses (cafés, restaurants, barbers and similar) by email or in a visit, to offer them a website.

• business name and trade
• address
• public business phone number
• public business email address
• the business's website address
• notes on our contact with the business

Where the data comes from

Public business listings (Overture Maps open data) and the business's own public website.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to offer our services to the business. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where it is stored

The database is on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). The providers that process this data on our behalf are Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Google (email, through Gmail).

Retention

We delete the data when the business asks, or when it is no longer needed for the offer.

If you ask not to be contacted, we keep you on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.

In relation to your data, you have the right to:
